§ 1-12. Disposition of Village Code.

Latest version.

All the printed books containing the Village Code shall be deposited with the Village clerk. He shall deliver one copy thereof to each officer of the Village, and to such other persons as the president and board of trustees may direct, free of charge, and new copies to replace old copies as needed. Copies of the Village Code shall be available from the Village clerk.
